North American F-100D 56-3351 25 August 1961
This airplane, from the 352 TFS at Myrtle Beach AFB, SC, crashed after the pilot ejected when the engine caught fire. The now-pilotless airplane crashed into a neighborhood just north of Tinker AFB. A 2 year old girl was killed when her family's home was struck.
