Consolidated B-24H Liberator 42-7685 10 October 1943
This runway overrun was at Tulsa Municipal Airport. Though the crew had ordered the airplane to be serviced with 100-octane fuel, only 91 was available. That was compounded by bad weight and balance information that allowed the airplane to be inadvertently overloaded. Photo courtesy of Carl Gregory.
