The Crash Site Today

The scene of the worst destruction is now a parking lot.  That's Arkansas Children's Hospital in the background.  Interstate 630 runs east to west just out of view in this picture.
Just a half-mile to the east is where the right wing impacted.  This vacant lot on Appianway Street is where two houses were damaged.  Fortunately, no one was seriously injured at this location.  In the background, Interstate 630 cuts through the crash area.
This serene setting in a quiet neighborhood is where the nose section of the Stratojet came down.  Living here was one of the two civilians killed in the crash.  The house was rebuilt afterward.
